Hotdogs $5.00 lb.
Hotdogs are the skinless hotdogs. We make hotdogs in 60 lb. batches; 30 Lbs. of meat makes a 60 lb. batch.
If you don't want a large amount, we can put your order with other meat trim of the same species.
The minimum amount is 20 lbs. (10 lbs. of your meat)
You can add Jalapenos, Cheddar Cheese, and/or Pepperjack Cheese
to any smoked product

All sausage is made from your own meat. A 20 lb. minimum is required per kind of sausage.
Beef or Pork can be added to reach the minimum for an additional cost based on market pricing. Prices are based on finished weight.
All meat needs to be Clean and Boneless. Please have it in 20 lb. bags or less. Any cleanup that needs to be done or large packages will be subject to additional charge.
